  • We at jume coffee are committed to giving the best possible customer service that we can. Please familiarise yourself with our shopping policies so that you understand what to expect when ordering from us.

  • ORDERS

    You can place your order on our website OR by text (027 277 0620) OR by email (sales@jumecoffee.nz).

    Online ordering (up to 3kg total) via our website is recommended as you will immediately get a confirmation that your order has been placed and an email receipt will be sent to you.

    For orders over 3kg or for those not comfortable ordering online, please place your order via text or email. You must include the following:

    • Full Name
    • Email Address (if sending text) OR phone number (if emailing)
    • Delivery Address including postcode
    • Which Products you want and how many of each

    At this time, we are only accepting orders for shipping within New Zealand. Sorry, no international orders.

  • PAYMENTS

    When completing your purchase online, you will have a payment choice between:

    • VISA or Mastercard
      You can pay with your debit card or credit card provided it has the VISA or Mastercard logo on it.

    • Bank Deposit
      You can pay for your order by transferring the funds directly from your bank account to ours.

  • SHIPPING

    We will ship our products to you anywhere within New Zealand from our location in Blenheim, Marlborough. Orders are shipped on the next business day from the date the payment for your order was received.
